We had our first big snow storm of the year, thundersnow as described by the weather people. The power went out around 8:00, which was good timing, we had just finished dinner. We camped out in our room for a while, where we watched as huge pieces of the maple in the front year broke off and went crashing to the ground. Despite the excitement went to bed around 9:00.
