We stop in Fincastle, VA to visit the James Matten Early Cabin. James is related to this James, but we are not exactly sure how closely.
Next we stop was Natural Bridge something I have always wanted to see. Unfortunately Natural Bridgeis and has been for sometime very much a tourist trap. Adult tickets are $18, but needing a place for the kids to burn of some energy we decided to see it. The price includes a nature trail, a Native American village, a butterfly exhibit, a wax museum and a toy museum. We skipped toy and wax museums. I think it was worth seeing once and the Jasper and Ellis seemed to enjoy it.
Then one last stop at Foamhenge.
