As Jasper grows up, I'm finding it increasingly challenging to get him away from his “screens.” Really getting him away from the screens is just half the battle, once at the playground it a whole other challenge to get him involved, and not just whining that he is bored. Luckily I’ve gotten pretty good at boy psychology over the years.
1. Challenge the boys to a competition.
2. Challenge Jasper to some sort of dare or person challenge of balance, straight, and/or speed.
I realize that it is only a mater of time before he is on to me, and I will have to change strategies. For now I’m just happy that it seems to be working.
