On our first day in California everyone was still tired from getting in late. So I thought it might be a good idea to go somewhere a little farther a field so that the boys (and me) could take naps in the car. We drove to Escondido and the Lavender Fields.
I have to admit that the Lavender fields were a little underwhelming. I wasn’t expecting the lavender fields of Provence, but I was expecting a little bit more.
Though small I enjoyed it, the boys (including Jamie) not so much.
