We had Jasper’s space themed birthday party today, which was very different from his previous parties, no moon bounce, less kids, no parents, and less than the perfect weather. We did have 4 boys, plus Jasper and Ellis, which still made for a crazy noisy bunch. Following the space theme we had a moon cake.
The boys searched for space rocks, and then dissolved the rocks in vinegar to discover little aliens inside.
Each boy got to make a rocket launcher and some rockets, which we took outside to shot off at plants in the driveway.
