Our last stop in WV and the Monongahela National Forest was Spruce Knob the highest point in West Virgina.
Visiting the state highpoints is a Stevens’s family hobby or quest. This marks Jasper and Ellis's first highpoint.
You can see here why the Mountain was named Spruce Knob.
On the way back down the mountain we stopped at Spruce Knob Lake.
