Some pic's from the field trip I took with Jasper’s class to the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History to see the butterfly exhibit. The one above is having some Gatorade, which is apparently great for attracting butterflies to your garden, but will also attract let of other bugs as well.
I'm not sure how much the kids got out of it, the museum was packed, they were very distracted by everything. I found the trip sort of exhausting, but I did enjoy the butterflies.
On the ride back to school our trip was delayed by the Pope's motorcade.
