Jasper enjoying a 360 view of himself at the Cheese Cake Factory. CCF known for its good service was really awful. We were willing to forgive the waiter when our forgotten drink orders were blamed on the trainee at the bar. Unforgivable was the wait for our food… the wait with a restless toddler…. the wait with a agitated beast. After about 45 minuets the waiter drops off a bottle of ketchup. That bottle of ketchup taunted and teased us for another 20 minutes. At which point the manager appeared with the lamest excuse ever. Apparently CCF thought the turkey burger my sister ordered was not needed and they though it away! At that point the rest of us received our food; Nathalie then had to wait another 15 minutes for her turkey burger. We were offered free desserts which only meant more WAITING! Surprise surprise the cheese cake counter was backed up! Due to all the free dessert!
