We left at home around 2:00 am to avoid as much traffic as possible, which got us to New York City right at day break.
We stopped in Middletown, CT for breakfast and to check out the roadside attractions of Wild Bill's Nostalgia Center
We were luck to avoid a few of major accidents, that could have caused us major delays.
Once we made it to Maine we stopped in York Harbor to stretch our legs and explore a little bit. 
Ah hotel wifi, finally.
After a rest we walked to the water front for dinner, ice cream and a little shopping.
